This week-long yooogi soul retreat helps you to release out what needs to be released and receive in what you deserve.

Changing our environment is always a huge opportunity to see things differently and leave our baggage and bad mind habits behind.

Support and rejuvenate your wellbeing and inner peace. Or just simply nourish and indulge the whole you.

Surrounding with the healing power and strength of the ocean we will practice yoga and meditation twice a day. In the morning more energizing yoga practice to enhance our glow and vitality, in the evening calming and relaxing yin or restorative. Each session starts with short meditation, we also go through basic Pranayama techniques.
