ABOUT RETREAT

This week-long yooogi soul retreat helps you to release out what needs to be released and receive in what you deserve.

Changing our environment is always a huge opportunity to see things differently and leave our baggage and bad mind habits behind.

Support and rejuvenate your wellbeing and inner peace. Or just simply nourish and indulge the whole you.

Surrounding with the healing power and strength of the ocean we will practice yoga and meditation twice a day. In the morning more energizing yoga practice to enhance our glow and vitality, in the evening calming and relaxing yin or restorative. Each session starts with short meditation, we also go through basic Pranayama techniques.

During a day in your free time, you can explore stunning coast around the place, walking in the little streets of amazing traditional fishing village or just chilling on the beach, or at many cool cozy cafés, or just having rest, reading the book in our beautiful living room or roof terrace. 

Also, the best ever massage or natural facial treatments are available on request.

Since we are in the heart of WSR (World Surf Reserve), and you feel like trying something new, we can arrange surf lessons. You can enjoy ocean from the inside too, with salty hair and happy face life is always beautiful and lifts up your spirits😊

All LEVELS WELCOME

Don´t worry about the level of your yoga practice, if you are new to yoga, kindly welcome too. We always adjust the class so everyone in the group can enjoy and find their own pace, at any stage of yoga journey.

This retreat is designed for the small number of participants (max. 10), that enables to keep the safe and pleasant space for everyone.

Day by day your body, mind and soul will experience and feel the amazing gift of yoga, ocean, breath, enjoying fully each present moment we are gifted. Reconnecting to your body and soul. Feeling more open, light and content.

The greatest progress in yoga isn’t seen – it´s felt.

Passionate and dedicated yoga teacher for over 13 years of sharing and offering regular classes, workshops, weekend and week retreats, but mostly my life experiences, working with teens to seniors, travelling the world, nature, ocean, mountains and life lover, and passionate surfer too, still learning😊

DAILY SCHEDULE (detailed will be delivered to the participants closer to start)

OCT 5: arrivals and welcome dinner in the local restaurant

OCT 6-11: morning practice, free time, evening practice

One of the days – optional trip to the stunning beach close to Cabo Roca, meditation walk

OCT 10: closing yummy vegan in house dinner after our last yin session

OCT 11 – last morning session and closing circle

It´s your special time, so all on the list is always optional.

Retreat PRICE includes.

Accommodation with supr delicious healthy breakfast included.

Transports from and to the airport.

Closing dinner.

Offering of daily yoga practices and teachers ‘support.

Single room rates 1390eur.

Double room rates 890eur.

Registration fee is due to 7 days from registration.

Remaining balance is due to 6 weeks prior to the retreat dates.

Cancellation policy:

Registration/deposit fee 450eur is non-refundable.

Remaining balances (amount due after the deposit) are due 6 weeks in advance of the retreat. Non refunandable. We always try fo fill your spot if you cancel.
